DAISOFT grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Product "Munia 2". This Agreement will also determine any software upgrade provided by DAISOFT,
which replaces and / or integrates the original Product, unless such upgrades are accompanied by a separate license, in which case the terms of that license will be decisive.
1. LICENSE TERMS
1.1. The user is authorized to:
a) enjoy the software;
b) create a copy of the software for precautionary purposes;
c) make backup copies of any databases connected to the application.
d) for single-user licenses, alternatively use the product on two PCs (eg: office / home)
1.2. The user is not authorized to:
a) use the software for the direct provision of paid services to third parties;
b) modify the software in any part, none excluded;
c) access any source for any purpose (including appropriating, copying, reusing, etc.);
d) transmit or provide access to any sources to third parties;
e) to sub-license, rent, sell, rent the software or part of it.
2. WARRANTY EXCLUSION.
THE PRODUCT IS SUPPLIED "AS IS". ACCORDING TO THE APPLICABLE LAWS, DAISOFT DISTRIBUTORS AND LICENSORS DISCLAIMERS NEGANO WITH ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES THAT THE PRODUCT IS FREE OF DEFECTS, COMMERCIABLE, SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR END AND NON-VIOLABLE . THE USER ASSUMES THE ENTIRE RISK BOTH THE CHOICE OF THE PRODUCT FOR ITS PURPOSES AND FOR THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT. THIS LIMITATION WILL BE VALID, DUE TO THE FAILURE OF THE ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY TYPE OF REPAIR. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, AND THEREFORE THIS CLAUSE MAY NOT BE VALID FOR THE USER.
3. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
a) You use the services at your own risk, DAISOFT is not liable to any party for legal / civil or administrative litigation, indirect, specific, incidental, punitive, cautionary or consequential damages (but not limited to: damage in case of inability to use or access to services, loss or corruption of data, profits, customer, image damage, business interruptions or similar), caused by the use or inability to use the software and based on any assumption of liability including breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, even in the event that DAISOFT has been advised of the possibility of such damages and in the event that a clause provided for in this contract has not been remedied.
b) DAISOFT can not be held responsible for brief malfunctions of services caused by technical problems on machines, servers, routers, telephone lines, telematic networks, etc. his property or companies selected to offer services.
c) DAISOFT are not attributable to malfunctions of services, data loss, accidental disclosure of personal or sensitive data, and any other type of damage occurring as a result of attacks by hackers, thieves, hackers, crackers, viruses, etc.

If the user requests assistance in resolving damages caused by him or by third parties, the rates in use by DAISOFT in the current period will be applied.
g) If a limitation, exclusion, restriction or other provision contained in this contract is held to be null and void for any reason by a competent court and DAISOFT becomes consequently liable for loss or damage, this responsibility, in the contractual, civil or other , can not exceed the list price applied by DAISOFT for the software sold.
